Business email on managed infrastructure. Provisioning, security, delivery monitoring, and ongoing maintenance handled under one relationship — no chasing multiple providers.

FN.03 / DNS

Domains, DNS & Nameservers

Domain acquisition, transfer, and management. DNS with redundancy across providers. Private nameservers operated independently for clients who require additional separation at the DNS layer.

FN.04 / CONTINUITY

Backup, Monitoring & Continuity

Automated backups on a defined schedule. Uptime and performance monitoring with alerting. Security patching applied regularly without requiring a client request — proactive, logged, accountable.

01. Discreet Access

Admission by invitation or trusted referral only. Accounts are created manually, never through self-service. Client relationships are kept private — names are not shared with other clients, with the public, or with vendors in our supply chain.

02. Hardened Infrastructure

Security applied at setup, not retroactively. Patching, monitoring, and backups run on a defined schedule without requiring client intervention. Each environment configured to the security profile its data and traffic actually require.

03. Direct Management

One named contact per client. No tier-1 helpdesk, no ticket queues, no script-reading first responders. When something needs attention, we contact you — you don't open a ticket and wait.

04. Long-term Relationships

Relationships measured in years, not billing cycles. Engagements reviewed at the end of each cycle. If the fit is right, both sides commit. If not, both sides part professionally.
